Cenomi Centers reports 19% footfall rise to 124M in 2023

Arabian Centres Co. (Cenomi Centers) reported a surge in occupancy rates and visitor number in 2023, as its 22 malls in 10 major Saudi cities received 124 million visitors.

This represents a 19% year-on-year (YoY) rise in footfall, surpassing the pre-Covid level of 114 million in 2019, the company said in a statement.

Cenomi Centers’ occupancy rates climbed from 90.3% on Sept. 30, 2023, to 92.9% by the end of the year.

This indicates robust demand from brands aiming to expand their presence in the Kingdom, the statement added.
