Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) has begun training its employees under the “Elite” distinctive program.
The program aims to enhance employees’ skills as part of the company’s plan to increase competency at the national level leading to career development.
Under the program, the enrolled staff will be trained in collaboration with the Queens University of Business in selected training programs and courses under the supervision of group trainers and self-development experts.
Fayez Awadh, CEO of human resources in Mobily, said that the program symbolizes the great faith Mobily has in its Saudi workforce and believes that the promising Saudi talent is just waiting to be given an opportunity to display more innovation and development.
The CHRO said: “In Mobily, we are convinced that the Saudi youth is not just able to take the responsibility in the company but are already contributing to the development of the organization.”
The “Elite” program aims to further develop competent Saudi nationals.
