Bupa Arabia wins SAR 337.3M contract to provide health insurance to SNB employees

Saudi National Bank (SNB) appointed Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Insurance Co. to provide health insurance services to the bank’s employees and their families, for one year effective Jan. 1, 2024, the insurer said in a statement to Tadawul.

The contract value is SAR 337.3 million, and it is expected to have a positive impact on Bupa Arabia's 2024 financial results as the initial value of the contract exceeds 1% of the company’s 2022 annual gross written premium (GWP).

The statement named Huda Ghoson as related party for she is an independent board member at Bupa Arabia and also with SNB.
