BMC students win honors at Qur’an contest

‏Jeddah Gov. Prince Mishaal Bin Majed honored Batterjee Medical College for Science and Technology during the second Holy Qur’an contest for public and private university
students in Makkah Province. BMC Dean Dr. Hassan Shaibah (C), who received the honorary shield, expressed delight over the honor. The college won third place for memorizing the whole Qur’an and third place for memorizing 20 sections of the holy book. The college also placed fifth for the number of participants. Shaibah said the college has always been keen on supporting students who memorize the Holy Qur’an as part of its goal to improve students intellectually, scientifically and academically.
