Bab Al Qasr Hotel has announced the appointment of Eman Abela to lead the portfolio of 6 dining outlets as the Food and Beverage Director of the hotel.
A man of creativity and professionalism, Abela’s 22-year career has taken him from being a Food & Beverage Supervisor to becoming a Food and Beverage Director, which equipped him with an extensive management experience in the culinary industry. The award-winning hotelier also mastered his craft through years of hotel experiences under brands such as The Ritz-Carlton, Wyndham, and Mövenpick which trained him in facilitating more than 5 food and beverage outlets and banquet facilities for up to 2,000 guests.
For his new venture, Abela will be responsible for overseeing the operations of a variety of signature dining venues that specializes in unique concepts of continental, Peruvian and Arabian and healthy flavour, along with a number of meeting and event halls. His other responsibilities will include introducing tailored training programmes for the F&B team, crafting new menu selections, and leading the team in generating great revenue while efficiently monitoring the cost.
