Azm signs contract with Saudi Post

Saudi Azm for Communication and Information Technology Co. signed on July 21 a contract with Saudi Post to provide operational and logistical services for the operational support services. 

In a statement to Tadawul, Azm added that the contract duration is 12 months and its value exceeds 10% of the company's total revenues for the fiscal year 2023. 

The contract aims to provide operational and logistical services, with an expected positive financial impact on Azm's financial results for 2024 and 2025. 

There are no related parties to the deal, the statement added.  

The necessary signatures were obtained, and a copy of the contract was received on Aug.
