At 96.1% University of Hertfordshire Takes Pride In High Employability Rate

The University of Hertfordshire which is participating in the 7th Gulf Education Conference and Exhibition at University of Business and Technology (UBT) in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on the 20 and 21 February 2018, says its high employability rate of 96.1% places it above many of its competitors in the sector.

Additionally, the University operates an extensive overseas partner network which allows over 4,500 students to study for University of Hertfordshire programs overseas,” a university official said in a press communiqué.

“The University is a campus University with 10 academic schools of study,” he said. “The University teaches a wide variety of disciplines from business to postgraduate medicine and bases its teaching on industry expertise and leading research.”

The University, he said, has invested extensively in its estate including the recent construction of a £50 million industry standard Science Building and the opening of a £120 million student accommodation village.

“The University is proud of its Science and Technology heritage and is home to many industry standard teaching facilities including a simulation hospital ward, supersonic wind tunnel and a £250,000 formula racing simulator,” he said. “For students studying law, they can learn in a practical teaching facility which is home to a replica British Crown Court.”

“The University of Hertfordshire is an ideal place to study if you want to study close to London and receive practical education supported by research informed teaching in modern well equipped teaching buildings,” the statement said

The two-day Gulf Education Conference is committed to supporting global education programs through student recruitment as well as facilitating partnerships between international institutions, academies, schools, and universities with Ministries of Education from the MENA region.
