Around the world in eight dishes with Pantry Café

Pantry Café will be serving up a delectable menu of summer breakfast specials available all day, every day from the first day of Eid until the end of August. If you’re one of the few left behind to brave the UAE summer climate whilst your friends and colleagues are gallivanting abroad, Pantry Café will be providing you with that holiday feeling.

The all day breakfast menu available for a limited time only, will take diners on a gastronomic journey across the globe. Pantry Chef’s have taken inspiration from Asia, Europe, the Middle East and America to create eight mouth-watering dishes. These dishes will be served all day during Pantry opening hours which will be back to normal post Ramadan(8am-5pm on weekdays / 9am-6pm on weekends in Bay Square, Business Bay; 7.30am-10pm on weekdays / 8.30am -11pm Al Wasl Square).

Cajun Scramble:

Beef sausage, mixed peppers, organic eggs, sourdough baguette

Canadian Pancake Stack:

Maple syrup, bacon, home-made berry compote

Parisian Croque Madame:

Croissant, fried organic egg, Gruyere, turkey ham, Dijon mustard

Mexican Black Bean Torta:

Avocado salsa, coconut mayo, organic poached egg

Asian Tofu Scramble:

Sesame oil, sautéed breakfast vegetables

New Yorker PBJ Donut Waffle:

Waffle cooked with donut-batter, peanut butter ice-cream, side of jam

Full English Breakfast:

Two organic eggs, sausages or bacon, baked beans, grilled Portobello, toast, orange juice, tea or coffee

Middle Eastern Shakshuka:

Organic eggs, spicy tomato sauce, crumbled feta, jalapeños, pita
