 Arabian Automobiles, the flagship company of the AW Rostamani Group and the exclusive dealer for Nissan, Infiniti and Renault in Dubai, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates, was awarded the “Consumer-Friendly Company” certification across its complete portfolio of operations — sales and aftersales —from Dubai Economy. 

The “Consumer-Friendly Company” certification is granted to an organization that satisfies four key criteria  points -  Customer Strategy that focuses on the development of strategic objectives aimed at delivering customer service excellence; Customer Communication synergized across the organization from pre- to post-sales; Customer Care that ensures protection of consumer rights and guarantees quality of service; and Development, which pertains to the constant advancement and progress of the customer service staff in order to retain customer trust and loyalty.
