AMASEENA RE-OPENS FOR THE SEASON AT THE RITZ-CARLTON, DUBAI

Amaseena the truly authentic Arabic outdoor culinary experience located in the heart of Dubai Marina. Located just steps from Dubai’s famed Walk at JBR promenade, Amaseena offers you the chance to dine under the stars, beneath elegantly draped Bedouin tents.

Chef Rami and his team will open for the new season on October 6th, making the best of the incredible weather Dubai has to offer in the winter and spring seasons. Chef Rami will be introducing a revised menu a series of new live cooking stations to enhance this culture dining experience, the pièce de résistance, in this year’s stunning presentation is the inclusion of a underground mandi oven, located on site to add to the ambience of the evenings proceedings and offer a range of the most delicious and tender meat and fish dishes, from across the region.

Taste of the Arab World every Wednesday and Thursday are very special nights when Chef Rami chooses a special area of the region and highlights their most sought after dishes to give an opportunity to become even more familiar with the delicacies of the region and immerse further to in the Arabic culture.

Presenting the most captivating and popular dishes from across the Middle East, Amaseena provides an array of complementary Arabic sentiments, with live music performances and appearances from resident Belly Dancer. To be enjoyed along with a choice of more than 20 aromatic flavors of the traditional shisha and boards games available to enjoy a truly relaxed evening with your loved ones evening under the stars.
