Aleris, a global aluminum rolled products producer serving diverse industries, has announced that it will showcase its innovative aluminum solutions customized for architectural applications at the Big 5 exhibition, the largest construction event in Middle East, to be held in Dubai World Trade Center between November 21 and 24, 2016.
During the exhibition, Aleris will demonstrate its solutions and products designed for architectural applications. The company will present its international expertise and knowhow in the domain, and in particular illustrate its premium 55HX® aluminum anodizing quality. 55HX® is the only plain aluminum that meets the NFPA 285 fire standard which is a prerequisite in the GCC region.
55HX® has excellent deformation properties while it maintains its optimized strength. The product offers high surface quality for anodization, keeping the authentic metallic look and even extends color uniformity across various batches – which is critical in architectural applications. Among a host of other projects, 55HX® has been used in the Abu Bakr Al Siddiq flyover in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The perforation and dark gold batch anodizing creates a unique design in the project.
Johan Petry, Vice President of Aleris Industrial Products, said: “We are excited about our participation in the Big 5, which will build on our presence in the exhibition in 2014. This year, we are presenting our revolutionary 55HX® and other aluminum solutions at the exhibition. The company has proven success in large scale global projects around the globe including the Middle East & North Africa. We look positively to sustained engagements through our participation in Big 5.”
He added that the exhibition is a great opportunity to look for specific solutions, innovations and new technologies as well to network with new or existing business partners and industry peers. The Big 5 2016 is expected to attract 75,000 participants, hosting over 3,000 exhibitors.
Aleris will be showcasing the newest ranges at stand SS F126 during Big 5, November 21 to 24, from 11AM – 7PM.
