Alandalus Property leases office building for SAR 114.3M

Alandalus Property Co. signed, on March 20, a lease contract for the Yasmine Alandalus office building with Expenditure & Projects Efficiency Authority at a total value of SAR 114.3 million (VAT inclusive), according to a statement to Tadawul.

The lease term will start after the end of a four-month free period, from the date of delivery.  

The contract will likely reflect positively in Q3 2024 financial results, the statement said, adding that there are no related parties to the deal.
