Passengers traveling through Saudi airports continue to be satisfied with customer service standards, according to latest figures.
Data for August, issued by the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA), showed the Kingdom’s airports have maintained consistently high levels of flight services.
More than 660,000 passengers participated in the GACA questionnaire, which revealed an overall satisfaction rate of 72 percent, down 1 percent on July figures.
The GACA, represented by the General Directorate for Quality, Customer Protection, conducts regular airport field surveys and issues monthly reports on the level of customer satisfaction. The data has helped to improve airport services throughout the Kingdom in line with Vision 2030 reform plan.
