ZOOM and Instashop tie up to enable online orders while refuelling

ZOOM recently announced its agreement with Instashop, which will enable customers to place grocery orders online while they refuel at ENOC service stations, and providing them with a contactless shopping experience.

Customers can place their orders before or upon reaching an ENOC/EPPCO service station, add their vehicle details, and pay via the app by adding their credit and debit card details. Orders are delivered directly to their vehicles, avoiding physical contact or cash handling, and adhering to social distancing measures. The service is currently available at 21 ZOOM stores at ENOC service stations in Dubai, with plans to expand the service to 50 additional stores by mid-August.

His Excellency Saif Humaid Al Falasi, Group CEO, ENOC Group, said: “We firmly believe in the importance of offering services that will not only enhance customer convenience, but also ensure the safety and wellbeing of the communities we operate in, especially during these challenging times. Our partnership with InstaShop underpins our commitment towards adhering to the social distancing guidelines issued by the UAE health authorities and ensures the safety and security of all our stakeholders.”

"This new partnership with ZOOM will give our customers the opportunity to shop from their car in a few clicks while refueling, a unique service available only through ENOC/EPPCO service stations. We are excited to work with ZOOM since the very first steps of InstaShop; a successful partnership that has evolved to offer even more convenience to our users especially in these challenging times in which delivery as a channel is on the forefront of the battle against the pandemic." said John Tsioris, Founder and CEO of InstaShop.   Customers can order from a variety of products including beverages and snacks. The service is now available at 21 ENOC service stations in Dubai; including Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road E 311, 1 Road Meadows, Al Barsha 1, Internet City E11 Sheikh Zayed Road, Jebel Ali Village, Baghdad Street, D 95, after Grand Service Station, Jumeirah Rd, D 94, Jumeirah 3, Street 6, Discovery Gardens, EPPCO service station located at Sheikh Zayed Road, E11, Tecom Metro  and one ENOC service station located on Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road E 311 in Ajman.
