100 year leasehold now offered by Al Rayyan to all UAE residents in Sharjah

Al Rayyan, the first mixed-use premium quality real estate development in Al Nahda district in Sharjah, is offering 100-year leasehold purchases to qualified buyers including all UAE residents. All buyers will receive a 2% discount when purchasing an apartment during this year’s Cityscape Global, Dubai happening between 8 -10 September. This offer celebrates the recent decision by the Sharjah authorities to allow 100-year leasehold purchases for Al Rayyan to all expatriate UAE visa holders. 

 

The AED700 million project is 70% complete covering 2.7 million sq. ft. It comes with a selection of 504 spacious and contemporary leasehold apartments in addition to expansive office space and retail units. 

 

Commenting on the Cityscape offer, G. Ramakrishnan, CEO of Al Rayyan International Real Estate INV. & DV. LLC, said “This is the first time that a completed development in Sharjah is being offered with 100 year leasehold to UAE residents that are non-GCC Nationals. We are offering a 2% discount off the purchase price during Cityscape as an incentive to buyers. Al Rayyan is composed of two residential towers having a total of 40 floors each and a total of 504 units (the apartments start on the 8th floor up to the 40th floor). There are 28 one-bedroom apartments that are from 195 to 102.29 sqm in size, and 192 two-bedroom that are from 131.57 to 166.50 sqm in size. There are also 280 three-bedroom apartments that are from 190.70 to 361.40 sqm and four 4-bedroom penthouses; two in each tower, which are 522.70 to 531.89 sqm in size. B+H has designed the living spaces to have a modern and international style. The apartments have open kitchens, with stainless steel kitchen hoods, floor-to-ceiling windows and spacious balconies, full natural stone vanities counters in the bathrooms, and tucked in wardrobe space and cabinetry appealing to the modern family’s lifestyle and architectural taste. 

 

The commercial tower is 46,687 sq. m and comes with offices on 28 floors as well as a hotel on the top twelve floors which comes with 200 hotel apartments.
