SEDCO Holding Group won three awards at Jeddah’s 6th Urban Development and Real Estate Investment Event (Cityscape Jeddah) among 15 competing projects under 5 categories which was highly attended by the Kingdom’s biggest developers, architects, investors and real estate players

The unique Al-Fareeda residential project developed by Ewaan Residential Group - an affiliate company of SEDCO Holding Group - won the ‘Future Residential Project’ award as well as the ‘Culture and Community’ award under the real estate categories. The Galleria project developed by SEDCO Development also won the ‘Leisure and Hospitality’ award.

Al-Fareeda project aims to provide a uniquely developed residential environment and includes more than 1,800 villas.
