Hello sir, I have received an international transfer of 10235 riyals 2 month ago by Ashraf Sulaiman I, who had earlier canceled the account and learned that the cash had not been credited back to that account. But every day I call customer care and complain, but why is it so sticky all day. Now two months 10 days finish( totally 70 days) what doing stcpay. Before i trust stcpay, but now i say stc pay is to much cheating with customer, bcz see in my problems, this money not refund something I will die. Bcz

I was regular customer of STCPAY but really disappointed ???? i transferred money two time once 25 days ago and second one 3 days ago even complained three to four time but there is no positive response and still on hold both transactions

Dear Team,

This is Mohammed Arifuddin would like to inform you that, I’ve made international transaction before 20 days, but still the transaction is showing ON HOLD. I called many customer care to inquire but everyone is confessing the amount will be refunded back but still no amount is refunded back to me .

This is the first time I had such a bad experience transferring with an Stc pay, Somehow I serve my purpose by another source. Appreciate your support to the needful.

Dear Sir/Maam,

I have transfered money on my wallet top up last February 22, 2022 worth SAR 5,000.00 and today March 01, 2022 worth SAR 50.00 but it was not added or reflected on my current available balance. However, it was reflected instead on the total balance which is SAR. 5,164.54

Even though it is new month of March but my monthly remaining recharge money is still zero.

Please help because I want to send money to my family in the Philippines.

What shall I do?
