Building Technology Stimulus Initiative was launched as a part of the housing eco-system, in order to lay the foundation of moving from traditional to modern construction, through investing in advanced technologies that contributes to coping with industrial advancement, emphasizing the Kingdom’s leadership role in this field and the efforts put into enabling citizens to obtain the house that matches their expectations of high quality and competitive cost in a shorter lead-time. To insure achieving the aspirations of the Kingdom and its citizens; the initiative is overseen by the Housing Program, the National Industrial Developments and Logistics Program, and supported by the Private Sector Stimulus Plan.
