Why is it so difficult to reach ANY MEMBER OF TAIC? I am a client and need to speak with someone, more specifically, Mr. Fahad A. Al-Haqbani. We are trying to get the answers to a couple of questions but no one will speak directly to us. We have a pending contract with TAIC and we would like to speak with someone, please!

Why is it so difficult to reach any member of TAIC? I am a client and need to speak with someone. I tried to call, I sent e-mails, I sent messages on social networks, but no one responds. Why?
