The Ports, Customs, and Free Zone Corporation completes its preparations to participate in GITEX Global 2024

The Ports, Customs, and Free Zone Corporation (PCFC) is preparing to participate in GITEX Global 2024, one of the region's and world's leading technology exhibitions. PCFC will showcase its latest technological innovations aimed at enhancing services within the areas and ports under its supervision at its booth located in Sheikh Saeed Hall 2, Dubai World Trade Centre, from October 14 to 18, 2024.

 

H.E. Nasser Al Neyadi, CEO of the Ports, Customs, and Free Zone Corporation (PCFC), highlighted that GITEX Global 2024 provides the Corporation with a unique opportunity to engage with industry and technology leaders from around the world. This interaction will help drive innovation and digital transformation in the ports and customs sector. He emphasized that PCFC’s participation reflects its dedication to keeping pace with the latest technological advancements, particularly in delivering innovative solutions that boost the efficiency of logistical operations and contribute to Dubai's digital transformation goals.

 

Al Neyadi further stated: "Our participation allows us to collaborate with leading strategic partners from both the public and private sectors, contributing to the acceleration of innovation and the development of smart services. By adopting the latest technological innovations, we support the enhancement of Dubai's digital infrastructure and improve logistical services across the Emirate”.

 

He explained that PCFC's digital transformation efforts are being implemented in cooperation with several government and private entities. This collaboration ensures the utilization of the best expertise and resources to develop innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency in the ports and free zones. He added that these partnerships aim to achieve tangible progress in digital transformation, aligning with Dubai's aspirations to lead in technological innovation.
