Saudi Real Estate Market opens today

Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Justice will launch the Real Estate Market today, Aug. 27.

In November 2021, the Ministry started the trial operations of the real estate market, including direct transactions, real estate bids, new deals, information on sukuk and mortgages, Argaam reported.

The real estate markets have a key role in monitoring as well as regulating transactions, in addition to preventing any manipulation or price volatility.
