Saudi Aramco awarded three contracts at a total value of $1.82 billion (SAR 6.8 billion) to National Petroleum Construction Co. (NPCC) (NMDC Energy), a wholly owned subsidiary of National Marine Dredging Co. (NMDC).
The scope of the project includes the replacement of the offshore subsea trunkline for a total approximate length 67 kilometers (km), NMDC said in a statemen to Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX).
In a separate statement, NMDC added that its subsidiary received an award letter from the Saudi oil giant for two projects for the Arab Medium (AM) facilities upgrade scheme.
The company will fabricate and install 11 slipover production decks modules and nine structural jackets, in addition to installation of eight subsea pipelines with approximate length of 23 kms and 22 subsea cables of 15 kilovolt with a total approximate length of 115 kms
