ROSHN Group announced today, April 24, the launch of the Dana project, marking its sixth community in the Kingdom and its second in the Eastern Province, with Dhahran as its inaugural location.
According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the Dana project spans an area of 1.7 million square meters (MSM) and is set to introduce over 2,500 residential units to Dhahran in the Eastern Province, its economic hub. Upon completion, it is expected to accommodate approximately 10,000 residents.
The project is situated in Dammam, at the convergence of Dammam, Dhahran, and Khobar, adjacent to King Abdulaziz Road and a mere 20-minute drive from King Fahd International Airport.
The master plan for the Dana community comprises a shopping complex, three commercial malls, a primary healthcare center, mosques, and six schools strategically distributed throughout the districts, among other amenities.
