Real Estate Registry to establish unit to preserve rights: Official

The National Real Estate Registration Services Co. (Real Estate Registry) seeks to establish an advanced real estate registry to preserve real estate rights, as well as provide a sustainable real estate environment and an effective system for the local real estate sector, said CEO Mohammad Al-Sulaiman.

The launch of in-kind real estate registration in Madinah in coordination with the General Real Estate Authority reflects the Real Estate Registry's commitment to support and strengthen the sector, Saudi Press Agency reported.

The move also aims to accelerate the digital transformation, which contributes to improving the attractiveness of investments and developing real estate wealth in line with Vision 2030 goals, Al-Sulaiman said.

He pointed to the company's role in providing the best services and support to citizens and investors in Madinah and across the Kingdom.
