NHC embarks on developing largest real estate project in Tabuk

National Housing Co. (NHC) awarded a contract for infrastructure works in the first phase of the largest real estate project in Al-Qadisiyah, Tabuk, spanning an area exceeding 2.3 million square meters.

According to the Saudi Press Agency, NHC stated that the project will provide more than 2,800 residential units. Al-Qadisiyah is situated in the center of Tabuk city, given that it is the largest real estate development suburb in the region on major highways. It is close to various amenities, including health, education, commercial, entertainment, and public parks.

NHC affirmed that the development of this real estate project aims to create a suitable environment by offering quality options that provide Tabuk citizens with a comprehensive lifestyle beyond housing. It added that projects are planned in a way that supports sustainability
