National Agricultural Development Co.’s (NADEC) board of directors decided on April 13 to reappoint Abdulaziz Al-Rebdi (non-executive member) as Chairman and Ahmed Shahini (non-executive member) as Vice Chairman.
The board also approved the formation of the executive, nomination and remuneration, and audit committees, according to a statement to Tadawul.
The executive committee included Abdulaziz Al-Rebdi as Chairman, as well as Ahmed Shahini, Amr Aljallal, Nasser Al Meshary, and Sulaiman Altwaijri as members.
The nominations and remuneration committee included Amr Aljallal as Chairman, as well as Ahmed Shahini and Alaa Al-Hashem as members.
The audit committee, chaired by Khalid Alrowais, included Issa Al-Hurimmees, Khalid Al-Solai, and Saeed Al-Moeather as members.
Moreover, the board appointed the company’s representatives at the Capital Market Authority, the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), and the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) for all matters related to the implementation of the CMA's regulations.
The board secretary was also named, the statement added.
The aforesaid decisions are effective for four years from the board meeting date until April 10, 2028.
