Ladun Investment Co.’s subsidiary, Built Industrial Co., was awarded works for establishing a SAR 230.13 million singles housing project (including VAT) in Jazan City for Basic and Downstream Industries from the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu (RCJY).
The contract, expected to be signed on Dec. 15, entails building new residential units for singles in the city, covering site development and secondary infrastructure, the company said in a Tadawul statement today, Nov. 30.
The scope of work covers the construction of 23 singles housing buildings, including ground-level parking spaces and electric vehicle charging stations. This is in addition to handling site development, landscaping, greeneries, outdoor sports facilities, and a fitness center, spanning nearly 2.5 hectares, paired with three fire pump rooms.
The purchase and construction (PC) contract work includes supplying all materials, labor, supervision, tools, equipment, and technical services. This also covers operational plans, which should be in adherence to contract drawings and documents in order to come up with a fully functional facility.
