Emaar The Economic City Co.’s (Emaar EC) board of directors reappointed Fahad Al-Saif (non-executive member) as Chairman and Jamal Bin Theniyeh (non-executive member) as Vice Chairman, the company said in a statement on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) today, Oct. 5.
In addition, the board approved the formation of the remuneration and nominations committee, consisting of Fahad AlSaud, Arif Al-Bastaki, Naif Al-Hamdan, Suliman Al-Admah, and Tariq Al-Amoudi.
The executive committee was elected to include Fahad Al-Saif, Jamal Bin Theniyah, Mohammed Hefni, Fahad AlSaud, and Nassim Doumani.
The board also appointed Mansour Al-Salem (executive member) as Managing Director until the end of the current board term on June 25, 2026. Accordingly, his membership will be as an executive board member instead of non-executive, effective as of the date of this appointment.
Abdulrahman Basyouni took office as secretary of the company’s board, in addition to becoming the company’s representative for all purposes related to applying the rules and regulations at the Capital Market Authority (CMA), Tadawul, and the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) alongside Mansour Al-Salem.
