DMG-Mountain View announces inaugural participation in the International Property Show 2018

With the rapid expansion of the Egyptian real estate market in recent years, drawing in investments from the world over, the diverse landscape of the country has been put on the global industry map.  To further support this, Mountain View - which forms part of the Dar Al Mimar Group (DMG) - will showcase its unique offering at the 2018 International Property Show (IPS) for the first time this year.

One of the largest and most successful Egyptian real estate developers, Mountain View caught the eye of numerous GCC-based investors with it unique developments across Egypt.  This is partly due to Egypt’s rise as an investment destination, as a result of the country’s attainment of political stability and its longstanding reputation as a popular touristic destination for GCC nationals, as well as Egyptian expatriates.  The market has seen a consistent rise in property value - an added benefit for those who are looking to provide capital.  The attractive development serves to strengthen Egypt’s varied portfolio at the exhibition, which is represented for the first time at the event.

Egypt's Minister of Investment, Mr. Ashraf Salman, released growth figures towards the end of 2017, stating that in the first nine months of the year, Egypt's real estate sector grew 43 per cent when compared to 2016, and with a compound annual growth rate of 31 per cent between 2013 and 2016.  Last year, the real estate sector accounted for 15 per cent of the total investment in the Egyptian economy, contributing 10 per cent to the country's overall gross domestic product.

Amr Suleiman, Founder and Managing Partner of Mountain View, commented on the developer’s contribution to IPS 2018: “Participation in an event of such standing in the region provides us with the distinctive opportunity to share our offerings with potential investors, and an insight into the growing real estate market in Egypt and what it offers to the regional market. As Gold sponsor of the first Egyptian pavilion in this world-renowned exhibition, we shall make the most of our increased visibility, in line with the aim to have Egyptian real estate as a strong contender for future GCC investors.”

Renowned for building diverse developments covering different scaled projects - from small sized communities, to the i-City development, as well as other residential and resort communities in prime destinations - Mountain View has extensive experience servicing the requirements of buyers, both local and international, and who demand quality, privacy and security.  The uniquely designed communities and properties are aimed at affluent individuals and business professionals harbouring a keen interest in Egyptian real estate, and feature the use of diverse and innovative designs, catering to different needs and tastes.

“Our vision is to expand our reach to GCC based buyers, as we believe Mountain View has something that distinctly sets the property apart from its competitors.  The GCC population seeks quality, privacy and security, which fit perfectly with the property’s unique selling points.  That, coupled with figures showing that the real estate sector within Egypt is growing year-on-year, provides us with the perfect platform to showcase our offering to the region,” added Suleiman

The three-day International Property Show takes place at the Dubai World Trade Centre from Monday, 9th April – Wednesday, 11th April 2018.

DMG-Mountain will be located within the Egyptian Pavilion in Hall 2 (Stand IPS-E-3 and IPS-A-3).  All features of Mountain View’s latest innovation, iCity, and many other under construction and ready to move projects will be showcased, along with exclusive offers and payment plans for interested attendees.
