The call centre, which is an extension of Arabian Centres’ customer service desks and leasing offices, will manage customer calls from throughout Saudi Arabia. Upon dialing the number 920000262, the enquiries are responded to by a dedicated, well-trained team in either, English or Arabic. The facility is available from 8AM to 12.30AM from Saturday to Thursday, and 2PM to 1AM every Friday.
The launch of the centralised facility is in line with Arabian Centres’ commitment to enhance the customer experience and build loyal relationships with customers and retailers through adoption of powerful CRM capabilities.
In order to make the new service highly effective, the call centre is equipped with connecting the customer with the right official in charge, depending on the nature of the enquiry, thereby completing the transactions in an easy and convenient manner over the phone.
