Ladun’s subsidiary wins SAR 80.6M project

Ladun Investment Co. said its subsidiary Built Industrial Co. was awarded a project by KIDANA, a subsidiary of Makkah Province Development Authority, at a total value of SAR 80.6 million (including VAT) to build a toilets complex at the Jamarat facility.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company explained that the project includes building a 16-floor toilet tower to serve pilgrims in Mina at the Jamarat facility, along with developing and linking the boundaries of the building to the Jamarat facility.

The contract is expected to be signed on Jan. 31, 2024, the statement added, noting that no related parties are participating in the deal.
