Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Investment Khalid Al-Falih and China’s Minister of Commerce Wang Wentao discussed today, Dec. 10, expanding trade and investment cooperation, Reuters reported, citing the Chinese Ministry of Commerce.
During the Saudi minister’s visit in Beijing, Wentao explained that China is keen on enhancing cooperation with Saudi Arabia in order to activate the China’s Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) and the Saudi Vision 2030.
The two countries will also expand cooperation in the fields of energy, resources, infrastructure, and technology.
