The International Property Show (IPS), the Middle East’s biggest property sales platform for local and international real estate markets, is driving Dubai’s real estate sector with the launch of the Dubai Property Festival, which has been launched in cooperation with Dubai Land Department (DLD). The festival will feature a series of exclusive offers on Dubai properties and run throughout IPS 2018, which will take place from 9th to 11th April at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
Walid Farghal, Director General of IPS commented: “According to the latest figures from DLD, Dubai’s real estate sector is on a promising upward trajectory, and our aim is to support this trend and lend it extra momentum with the International Property Show. Part of our new and improved programme for 2018 is the Dubai Property Festival, which will enhance IPS’ role in driving sustainable growth in the sector by providing an ideal platform for investors and home buyers to find their dream property, and for exhibitors to showcase and sell their commercial and residential projects. IPS is a win-win situation for the entire real estate community and we are confident that it will add significant value to the Emirate’s real estate sector by attracting a fresh wave of new investors to Dubai.”
At the Dubai Property Festival, the real estate community will gather in one place to network and find the very best investment opportunities in Dubai’s property market. Alongside exclusive discounts and promotions from UAE developers, the festival also features a Brokers’ Village, an Investor Lounge, a property auction, workshops and training sessions, and investor roundtables with some of the region’s leading real estate experts. The festival is expected to provide Dubai’s real estate sector with a significant boost as IPS is the region’s only transactional property platform that allows real-time sales to take place on site.
Commenting on the Dubai Property Festival, Farhad Azizi — CEO of Azizi Developments — said: “Azizi Developments is a strategic partner for the 14th edition of IPS, which has demonstrated significant growth over the years and become an important platform for meeting and doing business with top-tier investors, property professionals and buyers from across the globe. During the three-day event, we will showcase our portfolio of key properties in Dubai, discover customer needs and demands across various regional and international real estate sectors, and explore expansion opportunities into new markets.”
Khaldoun Mohammed Saleh, General Manager of Wahat Al Zaweya, added: “Wahat Al Zaweya is one of the UAE’s market leading real estate developers and we chose to partner up with IPS because it is a cutting edge exhibition for investors, developers, consultants and architects. It provides a unique opportunity to understand industry trends, connect with key professionals in the sector, and keep up to date with regional and global trends and business opportunities. The outstanding response to the launch of our company’s ‘The District’ project is an indication of a positive and healthy market, and a testament to the real demand in the UAE’s real estate sector.”
IPS 2018 is a ‘Mega Property Sale’, which has been launched to provide buyers with an excellent opportunity to buy property through exclusive deals with low interest rates. The event also serves to connect the global real estate community, allowing attendees and exhibitors to meet with investors, network and engage with industry peers, establish new partnerships, and explore regional and international customer needs and demands.
Sponsors and partners for IPS 2018 include DLD, MAG Property Development, Dubai Properties, Azizi Developments, Danube Properties, and The Publicity Network as Key Communication Sponsor.
