INNOVATION IN HUMAN RESOURCES CONFERENCE

Based on the importance of a culture of innovation and creativity in human resources management and its modern practices and its effective role in advancing the human resources capabilities of organizations and institutions to contribute to the success of their work and its objectives. As an extension of previous conferences and experiences, Glowork and ThreeDots intend to organize the Innovation in Human Resources Conference 2023 in its 4th edition under the slogan ' "Towards Innovative Human Resources." The conference coincides with the Kingdom's ambitious vision 2030, and the goals of its national transformation programs, which is among its strategic objectives to raise the skill level for Saudis by providing them with the knowledge and skills necessary to meet the needs of the labor market, in addition to providing them with healthy work environments suitable for them. The conference is based on talking about the most prominent innovations and topics in human capital management in Saudi Arabia, due to the rapid transformation in human resources department today in all government, public and non-profit sectors. The conference also reviews successful experiences in human resources management in some organizations in accordance with innovative modern methodological practices; which is positively reflected on the productivity of individuals in the organization in general and in particular, by highlighting the behaviors that support the culture of innovation in any organization, and the importance of effective cooperation between human resources management and senior executive management of those organizations.
